Suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump used for sludge agitator in hydrolysis tank
The suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump is designed for the sludge agitator in hydrolysis tanks to solve the shortcomings of existing hydrolysis tanks, such as insufficient impact load resistance, single operating mode, and easy blockage of sludge discharge. This technical method includes multiple parallel hydrolysis tank units, which include hydrolysis reaction zone, inlet and outlet channels, sludge discharge channel, water distribution system for introducing sewage into the sludge zone, sludge suction mixer, and collection tank connected to the water channel. The water distribution system includes water distribution grids, water distribution pipes, and retaining walls. The suction mud mixer includes a suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, suction pipe, return water pipe, outlet pipe, and mudguard. This technical method is equipped with a sludge agitator in the hydrolysis tank, which can stir and suction the sludge and sewage in the sludge area. With the use of chemical agents, it can quickly reduce non soluble pollutants and heavy metal ions in the water. This technical method corresponds to a water distribution pipe for each water distribution grid in the hydrolysis tank, which is convenient for finding the blockage status of the water distribution pipe based on the changes in water flow in the distribution grid.
